Started as a solar community in the 1970s, Eldorado, New Mexico is an established bedroom community just twenty minutes from Santa Fe. Home to around 5,000 residents, Eldorado is one of the state’s largest unincorporated communities and has its own recreational center, elementary school, and commercial center.
